At OPM SALES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
